1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EkoSuq Platforms (operated by AROF Global). By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, or making purchases, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. User Accounts & Security

When you create an account on EkoSuq, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community policies, engage in fraudulent transactions, or provide inaccurate information.

3. Product Information & Pricing

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices accurately. However, pricing or typographical errors may occasionally occur.

• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified.
• Applicable taxes (e.g., GST) and shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
• EkoSuq reserves the right to modify prices or cancel orders resulting from inadvertent pricing errors.

4. Orders, Payments & Razorpay

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance, stock availability, and payment authorization.

Payments on EkoSuq are securely processed through authorized payment gateway partners (such as Razorpay). By submitting payment details, you represent that you have legal authority to use the selected payment instrument.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before they enter the fulfillment/shipping process directly from your Account Profile.

Eligible items may be returned in their original packaging with intact seals within the designated return window. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original source payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, visual designs, graphics, and code appearing on EkoSuq are the property of EkoSuq, AROF Global, or respective brand partners. No content may be reproduced or distributed without prior written authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EkoSuq and AROF Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform or purchased merchandise.
